This well devised tool is made entirely of high quality stainless steel, molded and carefull sealed so water cannot penetrate it. The blade frame is manufactured in one piece and can be used to peel fruits and vegetables very finely. It has a double edge blade which cuts in both directions and has a sharp fin perfect for removing blemishes.
