The high carbon stainless steel blades are hot drop forged and then ice hardened to minus 80°C creating a hard and durable blade. The knives are taper ground with steel forging running the full length of the acetal resin handle with an internal back weight giving excellent balance and grip.
Light, versatile knife for a multiplicity of kitchen tasks, such as preparation of fruit and vegetables and the fine chopping of garlic. Sharp point for de-pipping.
