The Cuisipro whisks are silicone wrapped, wire whisks and are scratch resistant to ceramic, metal, non stick surfaces. They are heat resistant to 575F/300C.
The pliable construction of the flexible whisk makes it ideal for blending salad dressings, sauces and gravies. in pans or bowls they follow the edge and the round bottoms with ease.
