Set of cheese knives composed of: knife for hard cheeses, knife for semi-hard cheeses, knife for soft cheeses and knife for semi-soft cheeses in steel AISI 420. Handle in thermoplastic resin. The project Milky Way Minor designed by Mr and Mrs Gasparini is a reduced adaptation both for price than for dimensions of the project called La Via Lattea. The series of table knives for cheeses addresses to an interested public but not necessarily to experts.
