Do you accept international orders?
Yes, online and by email, telephone, fax and post. We ship goods to our customers
all over the world. British Value Added Tax is deducted for all purchases where
delivery is outside the EU. Our packers are expert and we operate delivery by FedEx
worldwide with free insurance and free giftwrapping.
Do you giftwrap?
Giftwrapping for any item will be provided free of charge on request. We can also
insert a gift card with your required wording.
How do I pay for my purchase?
All major debit and credit cards are accepted including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro,
American Express, Diners Club, Solo and JCB. We also accept cheques, postal orders,
direct bank transfers and bank drafts.
Is it safe to use my credit or debit card?
Shopping online with Mulberry Hall is completely safe. Secure server software encrypts
information to ensure all transactions are protected.
Mulberry Hall uses a 128-bit SSL Server Certificate for encryption and this protects
the transmission of your sensitive information e.g. your credit card details.
What is your returns policy?
Any faulty or damaged goods can be returned and refunded provided early notification
is given to our mail order department.
In the unlikely event of any loss or breakage, please notify us without delay and
retain the complete package and its contents for inspection. On receipt of your
notification a free replacement will be despatched.
